ACF Culinary Youth Team USA Named

ACF National Convention was the site of the ACF Culinary Youth Team USA tryouts. It was a tough competition between the ACF Chefs & Culinarians of the Heartland, ACF Chefs de Cuisine Association of California and the winning team, ACF Bay Area Chefs Association of Oregon.

2011 Student Team Competition

Student teams interested in competing in 2011 are required to register with the ACF national office and submit Intent to Compete forms by Aug. 30. More
