ACFEF Culinary Fundamentals Program
An American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Culinary Training Program is a program with 1,000 hours of hands-on training and 30-hour sanitation or food handler’s course.
Join an ACFEF Training Program
This program teaches students the skills needed to be successful in an entry-level culinary career. Trainees will work under the supervision of an ACF-certified chef and become competent in the following areas:
- Sanitation and Safety
- Tools and Equipment
- Knife Skills
- Cold Kitchen - Pantry
- Hot Kitchen
Trainees will receive a certificate of completion from ACFEF and will earn 16 continuing education hours towards ACF certification.
