Charlie Trotter’s Culinary Education Foundation Scholarship

Charlie Trotter’s Culinary Education Foundation was established by Charlie Trotter in 1999 with the goal to educate and expose young people to the culinary arts. They have partnered with ACFEF to award need-based scholarships to students seeking culinary-related careers and encourages the pursuit of excellence in these youth by exposing them to Charlie Trotter’s principals regarding cuisine, service, wine and learning.
