Food & Beverage Sampling Regulations

Exhibitors who plan to sample any food or beverage item(s) are REQUIRED complete the Authorization Request for Food/Beverage Sample form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual. If your company submits an Authorization Request than you must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI). These required items are due to Show Management no later than Friday, June 15. The official General Services Contractor for Cook. Craft. Create. ACF National Convention & Show is GES. Please refer to the GES website for show information such as shipping, plumbing, electricity, and food preparation regulations. The discount deadline is Monday, June 25, 2018.

Lead Retrieval Service

The official lead retrieval service will be provided by Zerista. With the purchase of the lead retrieval service your company will receive a downloadable app for one mobile device that can be used during the duration of the show.

If you would like to order the lead retrieval service, please fax a completed PDF order form to (904) 940-0741 or email Jayme Booth. The pre-order closes on Friday, June 29, 2018.
Please note: Zerista app can only function on Apple or Android mobile devices.

Badge Registration

Register your badges online. If you have any questions or if you need to purchase additional badges, contact the ACF national office at (800) 624-9458 and ask for Events Management or email Jayme Booth at jbooth@acfchefs.net. The deadline to register is Friday, June 22, 2018.

Advance Warehouse Shipping

ACF Show Management recommends shipping to the Advance Warehouse for all dry products & booth materials. The Advance Warehouse will be open starting on Tuesday, June 12 through Wednesday, July 11, 2018.

Direct Shipments to Show Site

Direct shipments will be accepted starting on Monday, July 16 from 8:00 am–5:00 pm. ACF Show Management requires that exhibitors ship all refrigerated or frozen product directly to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
