Despite the cold weather, Barbeque & All That
Jazz turned out to be a smokin’ hot time. Barbeque was the
theme for this year’s conference and for the first time ever, the
Central Regional Conference, in cooperation with the Kansas City
Barbeque Society, hosted a BBQ Challenge, sponsored by Tyson Food
We also received great media coverage of the 2008 ACF Central
Regional BBQ Challenge.
Congratulations to all the 2008
Central Regional Conference award winners. I wish you luck in the
pursuit of the National title, we’re rooting for you!
