The Art of Cooking is a 60-minute cooking demonstration by AAC Fellows from the region, emphasizing their own culinary forte assisted by a student culinarian. Presented by: David Knickrehm, CEC, AAC. Chef Knickrehm is President at the ACF/Idaho Chefs de Cuisine Chapter and is Executive Chef at Bella Aquila Restaurant located along the Boise River.
