CCF Recipe Collection
The following recipes are from the Chef and Child Foundation Kids
Cookbook developed in Memory of Barbara Bell Matuszewski. The recipes
were submitted by ACF members from around the country. These recipes are
interactive recipes for parents and children to work together to create
family dinners with great taste, nutritious substance, and artistic
style. Preparing good food doesn’t have to be a lengthy chore. The
key is to divide the work into separate tasks that adults and children
can perform together. Check back frequently for new recipes and
ideas.
Barbara Bell Matuszewski
This collection of recipes, devoted to the betterment of rising
awareness of childhood hunger in the United States, would not have
become reality were it not for one outstanding individual who is no
longer with us. Barbara Bell Matuszewski loved the ACF and its members,
and committed the latter part of her life to the primary goal of
ACF—to enrich the lives of all culinarians no matter their
stations in life. Likewise, she embraced the opportunity to work with
the Chef and Child Foundation, again, because of her desire to make the
world a better place and to contribute to the legacy that all ACF chefs
hold dear. This recipe collection is dedicated to Barbara’s
indomitable spirit, her supreme talent, her selfless giving and her
always wise council.
