DESCRIPTION:This workshop is a hands-on learning opportunity that emphasizes the ingredients and handling techniques of marzipan. Learn coloring methods and develop skills to make flowers--daisies, double daisies, tulips, roses and fast roses--that can be used on specialty cakes. Each participant will receive a nine-piece/18-shape sculpturing tool set to keep. This class is one you will not want to miss. Separate registration required.
