The Wisconsin Milk marketing Board was formed in 1983 to provide innovative, value-creating programs designed to strengthen the Wisconsin dairy industry.
Wisconsin’s dairy producers elect a board of 25 dairy farm directors that is involved in planning and monitoring the activities of WMMB’s programs and personnel. A staff of professional marketers, researchers, communicators and culinary experts produce many innovative WMMB tools and programs, like the Cheesecyclopedia training program that is the foremost cheese education tool in the country. ACF members who complete the Cheesecyclopedia training program can earn 2 CEHs.
