3 cups low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
½ cup chopped fresh mint
4-6 T. chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste
In bowl, whisk together yogurt, mint, cilantro, and salt and pepper. Put in covered container; refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until ready to use.
