Chicken Sausage Pretzel Burger with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1 t. Dijon mustard
1 t. mayonnaise
1 t. honey
2 (1½ oz.) Jones Dairy Farm fully cooked chicken sausage patties
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1 pretzel hamburger bun, split, lightly toasted
Optional toppings: Boston lettuce leaves, pickled red onions, sliced ripe tomato

Instructions

Prepare grill or grill pan to medium heat. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and honey. Mix well; set aside. Grill sausage patties over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Place cheese over patties; cook just until melted. Spread sauce over toasted bun; add patties and desired toppings.
