1.5 oz. El Tesoro silver tequila
0.5 oz. orange curaçao
2 oz. beet juice
1 oz. strawberry juice
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Equal parts chipotle powder and sugar, mixed, to rim glass
Method: Add tequila, orange curaçao, beet juice, strawberry juice and lime juice to a rimmed, ice-filled tall glass. Top with ginger ale; stir. Garnish with smoldering rosemary sprig.
