7 1/2# AP Flour
12 Tbsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
48 Whole large Eggs
1 Gal Buttermilk
1 Qt Half & Half
1/2 cup Vanilla bean paste
1 1/2# butter
mix all the dry ingredients in a mixer large bowl.
then mix all the wet ingredientsin at the same time.
then add the boiling butter at the end.
