Nonfat plain yogurt, 4 ounces
Fresh dill, chopped, 2 tsp
Fresh cilantro, chopped, 2 tsp
Dijon mustard, ½ tsp
Juice from one lemon
Mix all 5 ingredients by hand and chill.
