2008 American Academy of Chefs Recipe Contest

Secret Ingredient: King Crab Meat Winning recipes from the ACF Regional Conferences will be put to the test for the Grand Prize at the ACF National Convention. A panel of judges led by AAC Culinary Advisor Steve Jilleba, CMC, CCE, AAC, will choose the winner. Details coming soon!
