Accreditation Applications and Fees


Accreditation Application Package
The initial application package is $100 and can be ordered by calling the Accreditation Department at the American Culinary Federation at (800) 624-9458.


The initial application package includes the following:

Policies and Procedures
Accreditation Standards
Required Knowledge and Competencies
Fee Schedule


New Program Application
A new program application is required for an initial grant of program accreditation or instituting a new program and seeking a grant of program accreditation. The application fee is $500.


Initial Self-Study Review Application
A self-study is required and the fee is $1000 for programs seeking initial accreditation or accreditation for a new program.


Renewal Self-Study Application
A self-study is required and the fee is $800 for programs seeking a renewal of accreditation.


Annual Fee
Institutions will pay a fee based on the total number of students in all of their American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission accredited programs and the number of programs annually.
