Secondary Accreditation

Criteria

The ACFFAC certifies secondary culinary programs defined as those awarding certificates and diplomas in the culinary arts.

Certification Application Package

  • Program Eligibility Criteria

New Program Application

Programs seeking an initial grant of program certification or instituting a new program and seeking a grant of program certification require a new program application.

Initial Self-Study Review Application*

Programs seeking initial certification or certification for a new program require a self-study.

Renewal Self-Study Application*

Programs seeking a renewal of certification require a self-study.

* After an institution conducts the self-study of its program, a site visit is conducted by a team of approved ACFFAC evaluators.
