Certification Applications and Fees

Certification Application Package
The initial certification application package is $75 and can be ordered by calling the Certification Department at the American Culinary Federation at (800) 624-9458.

Fee Schedule

New Program Application
A new program application is required for an initial grant of program certification or instituting a new program and seeking a grant of program certification. The application fee is $325.

Initial Self-Study Review Application
A self-study is required and the fee is $600 for programs seeking initial certification or certification for a new program.

Renewal Self-Study Application
A self study is required and the fee is $550 for programs seeking a renewal of certification.

Annual Fee
Schools pay a $200 fee annually.
