Training Program & Test Centers
To facilitate the certification processes, American Culinary Federation
(ACF) has established training programs and certification test centers
at major demographic locations around the country.

Some of the centers listed offer both classes and certification
exams.
Certification exam dates are listed on the college's website.
If dates are not listed, contact the college representative.
All classes receive college credit and may be funded by the
military's Tuition Assistance program and/or the G.I. Bill. ACF certification
exams may also be funded. Please check with your training officers
for more details.
Certification processing fees are currently not funded by
military sources and must be paid by you. The fees are listed on the
applications.

When you are ready to submit the ACF certification
application, attach all documentation, proof of passing both
the written and practical exam and the appropriate fees to the
American Culinary Federation.
