Practical Test Sites for ACF Certification


Below is a list of practical testing sites for American Culinary Federation certification in alphabetical order. Please contact your nearest ACF chapter for additional testing opportunities.


If you are interested in taking the practical exam, please contact Brenda Taylor either by e-mail or phone (1-800-624-9458, ext. 130). Payment must be made prior to the exam. The cost is $50.00 for ACF members and $100.00 for non-members. (Note: There may be an additional fee at the test center. Please contact the Test Coordinator for more information.)


If you are interested in becoming a Certified Practical Testing Site review the Facility Requirements and complete the Certification Practical Test Site Application.


If you are hosting a practical exam, please fill out and return the Request to Schedule an ACF Practical Examination at least 8 weeks prior to the exam date.
