AAC Dinner Seating Requests

Want to sit with friends at the American Academy of Chefs Induction Ceremony and Dinner at the 2008 ACF National Convention? After you purchase your tickets, designate one member of your group to complete the form below.

You may enter up to 10 names. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please register only once. If you need to make changes after your initial request, call the ACF national office at (800) 624-9458 and ask for the AAC office.

Although we will attempt to honor all requests, it may not be possible to seat all members of your party together.
