Take the Culinary Challenge

July 15-16
Build your cold-food skills at the 2008 ACF National Convention Culinary Salon.
Professionals and students are invited to get their creative juices flowing and start thinking about ideas for entries in the following categories:
- Category A Cooking
- Category B Cooking
- Category C Patisserie/Confectionary
- Category D Showpiece
The first-place winner in each category receives a $500 cash prize,
and all entries are eligible for ACF competition medals.
A highlight of this yearly event is the judges' critique, where ACF-certified
culinary judges discuss the entries. The critique is valued by those
who have entered the salon as well as those who have enjoyed the display
of entries.
