2008 National Convention Trade Show


Grand Garden Arena
July 15-16


Featuring exhibits by some of the biggest names in the culinary industry, attendees can sample a variety of food products and test-drive the latest innovative food-and-beverage equipment.


The trade show covers two levels of the Grand Garden Arena and will include demonstrations, national competitions, hands-on instructional workshops and more.


Santé Café
Located on the lower level of the MGM Grand Garden Arena, the Santé Café is a gathering spot where you can enjoy a cocktail from the ice vodka bar, relax in the ACF Lounge or conduct business meetings in the privacy of the ACF Meeting Room.
