ACF Discounted Reservations are available online, or you can call the hotel directly at (800) 233 -1234. ACF Conference attendees will receive a standard room rate of $139 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes. Reservations must be made by January 25, 2008 to receive the ACF discounted rate.

Delta Air Lines offers discounts to ACF members. Discounts vary depending on the cabin and available airfare level. Click on the Delta Air Lines logo to make your reservations.

 

ACF Discounted Car Rentals:

Ground Transportation from the airport
SuperShuttle - $17.00 per person one way. Receive an ACF discount of $6.00 off a round trip by making a reservation at SuperShuttle.com. For additional info, contact SuperShuttle at (800) 258-3826. (This is not a non-stop service. The shuttle may stop at other downtown hotels.)

TAXI - Approx. $35.00-$40.00. Phones for taxi service are located both inside and outside the terminal at each bag claim area and at other strategic locations outside the terminal exits. Make sure that you give the dispatcher your exact location. Fares may be pro-rated (shared) when the originating passenger requests it and all other passengers agree.

The hotel cannot accommodate vehicles taller than 6'9" i.e. motorhomes, tall vans, etc.
