ACF Discounted Reservations are available online, or you can call the hotel directly at 800-HISTORY (1-800-447-8679). ACF Conference attendees will receive a standard room rate of $139 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes. Reservations must be made by February 8, 2008 to receive the ACF discounted rate. For your convenience, these rates are good three days prior to and three days after the scheduled conference dates.

After an extensive two-year expansion and renovation project completed in early 2007, The Williamsburg Lodge now comprises eight buildings interconnected by sheltered, brick-paved walkways. One of the two original hotels envisioned by John D. Rockefeller Jr. for Colonial Williamsburg, the Williamsburg Lodge offers 323 attractively appointed guest rooms and suites in a resort-like setting, with modern amenities including complimentary WiFi and high-speed internet access in all guest rooms.

The Historic Area of Colonial Williamsburg is just steps from the Williamsburg Lodge courtyard. Amtrak offers ACF Southeast Regional Conference attendees a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Williamsburg, VA between February 27, 2008 – March 6, 2008.

To book your reservation call Amtrak at (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Reservations cannot be booked via Internet. Refer to Convention Fare Code X35Q-923 when making your reservation.

This offer is not valid on the Auto Train. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.

ACF Discounted Car Rentals:

Ground Transportation - The Richmond and Norfolk airports are each approximately 40 minutes from the resort. Cab fare from either is about $40. The Newport News Regional Airport is about 20 minutes from the resort.

Parking - the hotel provides complimentary self-parking. Valet parking is available for $3 a day or $7 overnight.
