INS Visa Requests
The American Culinary Federation is recognized by the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security as a labor group and/or consultative organization.
As “the Authority on Cooking in America,” the ACF can offer
a written advisory opinion letter as requested for an O-1, O-2 or P-3
temporary visa. ACF only offers a no objection letter to the issuance of
visa, based on support documentation.
Process

Application for Advisory Opinion Letter.
- Return application and required documentation along with processing
fee: $475 per benefactor.

- Once approved a confirmation will be sent and the advisory opinion
letter will be mailed.
