Find a Training Program or Test Center

To facilitate the certification processes, American Culinary Federation (ACF) has established training programs and certification test centers at major demographic locations around the country.

First Coast Technical College, Jacksonville, Florida

Location Information

  • Some of the centers listed offer both classes and certification exams.
  • Certification exam dates are listed on the college’s website. If dates are not listed, contact the college representative.
  • All classes receive college credit and may be funded by the military’s Tuition Assistance program and/or the G.I. Bill. ACF certification exams may also be funded. Please check with your training officers for more details.
  • Certification processing fees are currently not funded by military sources and must be paid by you. The fees are listed on the applications.
  • When you are ready to submit the ACF certification application, attach all documentation, proof of passing both the written and practical exam and the appropriate fees to the American Culinary Federation.
  • ACF members pay discounted certification fees, so join ACF today.

Military Credentials

Navy personnel can contact the Navy credentialing agency Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) for more information to apply. Note: when you visit this Web site, your browser may warn you that there is a problem with the site’s security certificate. If that happens, choose to continue to the Web site or accept the certificate.

Army personnel can contact the Army credentialing agency through GoArmyEd Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (Army COOL) to find their funding options.
