Process for Selection of AAC Culinary Hall of Fame
Committee
Jon Greenwalt will become permanent Chair Emeritus in the Culinary
Hall of Fame with full voting rights.
A new Chair will be elected from the list of the current Culinary
Hall of Fame committee members.
Succession will be assumed by the Chair Emeritus until a new Chair
is elected.
The term of office for the Chair shall be two years.
Every year a new fellow will be placed on the voting committee for
the Culinary Hall of Fame. This shall be done on a rotation manner. The
fellow with the most seniority years will step down and a new fellow
appointed. This rotation will be done every year in this same
manner.
A simple majority vote by the Culinary Hall of Fame Committee will
be needed to approve a new inductee.
