AAC Donations
The American
Academy of Chefs (AAC), the honor society of the American Culinary
Federation (ACF), was organized in 1952 by the ACF Board of Directors.
Academy Fellows demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism in
the organization, society and industry.
The primary goal of Academy Fellows is to promote the education of
future culinarians by sharing the skills, training and expertise they
possess. In addition, the Academy administers several scholarships
for which culinary students may apply. Your donation to the AAC makes
these and many other activities possible.
For the Academy to continue to fulfill its mission, it is imperative
that we have an accessible and viable Academy office to administer
scholarships, correspondence, website updates, newsletters and Academy
regional and national events.
