1. Empty bag of
Nature's Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes into
large mixing bowl. Combine boiling water and toasted cumin. Pour
seasoned boiling water over potatoes; stir to mix well. Let stand 5
minutes.

2. Add butter pieces; whisk until
smoothly blended and butter is melted. Hold potatoes covered.

3. Garnish each serving
with light dusting of ground cumin and 1 teaspoon sliced green
onions.

4.Enhanced Garnish Idea:
Prepare seasoned compound butter with salted butter, ground cumin and
sliced green onions. Use cold to garnish each serving of potatoes.
Suggested Serving Ideas: Serve potatoes with grilled salmon or
pan-seared chicken breast prepared with apricot-jalapeño jam
glaze.
