NCR Seeks Chefs Who Exercise
The National Culinary Review would like to hear from chefs who have
strategies for staying fit and increasing their stamina in the kitchen. We're
interested in formal (gym, trainer, etc.) and informal (yard work, walks, hiking,
etc.) workout routines. We'd also like to hear from chefs who have begun to exercise
and benefited from being more active. Please contact Ellen Birkett Morris at morrisellen@bellsouth.net.
