The American Culinary Federation (ACF) honored its members and chapters at the 2007 ACF Southeast Regional Conference held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel, April 29-May 1, in the spectacular city of Nashville, Tenn.

The 2007 ACF Southeast Regional Conference award recipients listed below will compete for the national title against their winning regional counterparts at the 2007 ACF National Convention in Orlando, July 21-24.

Attention American Academy of Chefs Fellows!

National AAC Election
Ballots for the election of the AAC national chair and national vice chair were mailed May 1. Returned ballots must be postmarked by June 1 in order to be valid. Results of the election will be available no later than July 1.

Academy of Chefs Annual Dinner
The American Academy of Chefs 36th Annual Black-Tie Academy Dinner and Reception will be held at the 2007 American Culinary Federation National Convention on Friday, July 20 at 6 p.m. The dinner will be in the Crystal Ballroom at the Orlando World Center Marriott, 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821, (407) 239-4200, which is also the host hotel of the convention. This evening is a gala affair and formal dress is required.

The Academy dinner is for AAC Fellows and their guest, and is by invitation only. Your invitation will be mailed shortly. Please make your reservations using the reply card enclosed in the invitation. Each Fellow is permitted only one guest. The dinner is limited to 450, so return your RSVP quickly!
