offering hands-on experience to culinary students. If you are interested
in starting an apprenticeship program, or are already a chapter
coordinator, don’t miss the four-hour apprenticeship session held
in conjunction with the 2009 ACF Regional Conferences. A member of the
ACFF Apprenticeship Committee will go over changes including fees,
certification and the log book.
