QSR Magazine’s Culinary School Challenge
Create a no- or low-sodium condiment suitable for bulk foodservice
applications in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration’s
definition of either sodium-free or low-sodium.
The creator of the winning recipe will receive a $500 scholarship and
an opportunity to network with foodservice executives at the National
Restaurant Association (NRA) Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago in May. The top
five recipes will be featured in the May issue of QSR
Magazine.
Participants must be currently enrolled in an ACF-accredited culinary
