Thirteen Meyer Natural Angus Products Earn ACF
Seal of Approval
The American Culinary Federation awarded 13
Meyer
Natural Angus meat products its prestigious Seal of
Approval. Unlike other entities that offer tasting endorsements
only, products must undergo extensive testing and evaluation to
determine if they are eligible to receive the Seal of Approval. In
addition, the Meyer Natural Angus beef products were tested using a
variety of preparation methods, such as broiling, grilling,
sautéing, braising, stewing, roasting and pan-frying, as well as
used in a variety of beef recipes. More
