Next Top Product Contest
The best chefs don’t settle for anything less than perfection when it comes to their prized recipe. US Foods customers can put their recipes to the test for the chance to win $20,000 in cash and prizes and have their recipe made into a national product through the US Foods Next Top Product contest. Customers are encouraged to enter their favorite baked good or sauce recipe by July 19 in the hopes of making it to the final eight who face off at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas this November. 2013 Sustainability Awards
Nominate a peer by July 10 who has played an exemplary role in advancing the Chefs Collaborative mission to make sustainable practices second nature in restaurant and foodservice kitchens. The 2013 Sustainability Awards categories are National Sustainer, Southeast Sustainer, Pathfinder and Foodshed Champion Southeast. Chocolate and Dessert Innovation Awards
The National Chocolate & Dessert Show has launched the Chocolate and Dessert Innovation Awards to recognize companies that have made exceptional contributions to the chocolate and dessert industries. The categories are Best New Product/Innovation, Best Sustainable Product, Best Flavor Profile and Best Technology. The deadline for submissions is Aug. 15, with finalists announced Sept. 2 and winners announced at the National Chocolate & Dessert Show, Oct. 20–22. Learn More
