Sites planning to host a practical exam, please complete the Request to Schedule Exam Form and return it to ACF National Office at least eight weeks prior to the exam date. The information provided on this form is used to setup online registration and to promote the exam.
If this is the site’s first exam and you have not received ACF test site approval, please review the Practical Test Site Requirements and submit the Practical Test Site Application.
Every exam requires three approved Certification Evaluators for up to six candidates. Use this 3:6 ratio if additional candidates are being simultaneously tested. Only one of the three evaluators may have an affiliation with an exam candidate (see Test Administrator Handbook). Find approved Certification Evaluators for your exam. Mixing the team of evaluators used by the site is a preferred practice as it gives more evaluators a chance to stay current and it allows for cross-training as they learn from one another.
Test Administrators having difficulty finding evaluators for a practical exam, please contact the local ACF Chapter. ACF Chapters may help offset travel costs for evaluators who may need to travel longer distances than normal. Contact the ACF Certification Department for further assistance.
Please review the Test Administrator Handbook for practical exam policy & procedures.
