Tim Bucci, CEC, CCE
With over 35 years of industry experience, Chef Bucci is now passing along his passion for the culinary arts to students as a culinary educator in Illinois. An experienced culinary competitor, Chef Bucci was a member of the 2012 ACF Culinary Team USA. “Cooking is about learning basic fundamentals and taking the knowledge and passion you have for it and making it your own” is a guiding principle for Chef.
Michael Matarazzo, CEC
2010 American Culinary Federation Chef of the year and first runner up representing the United States in the Global Chefs Challenge. Chef Matarazzo is a New York native now operating a lucrative country club in Virginia. He is actively involved in the ACF as a competition judge and serves as an advisor to the US Army Culinary Arts Team.
William Rogers, CEC, CCA
Currently the executive chef at a top-ten city club in Washington DC, Chef Rogers has earned multiple medals in ACF Culinary Competitions. With over ten years of experience, Chef has worked in world-renowned properties and hotels.
Seth Shipley, CEC
From Pennsylvania to Florida, Chef Shipley’s career has followed some of the most well known chefs in American culinary. Chef became the youngest executive Chef at the Gasperilla Inn in their 100-year history and now holds the position of executive chef at a prominent Nashville country club. He has earned multiple ACF Competition medals, is a graduate of an Apprenticeship program and since a young age knew he wanted to cook.
