ACFEF Accredited Culinary Arts Certificate/Diploma Programs

Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited Program
  • One year entry level culinary experience

Application Process

Submit ACFEF Accredited Program Graduate Application with proof of graduation and work experience. Employment verification can be submitted on the Employment Documentation Form or employer letterhead. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing applications. Upon approval, certificate will be mailed. Must apply within one year of graduation.

ACFEF Accredited Associates/Bachelor Degree Programs

Requirements:

Graduation from accredited program

Recertification Information

CPC® Certification requires renewal every five years. For more information, visit the recertification page.

Upgrade to a Higher Certification Level

Depending on education and experience, CPC® certificants may be eligible to upgrade to the Certified Working Pastry Chef ® Certification (CWPC®).
