One-Day Summits for 2022

ACF has developed a new series of one-day educational summits to deliver a higher level of programming. There will be six Summit events offered this year, each held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with the potential for a welcome reception the night prior) in different cities throughout the country and consisting of five presentations or demonstrations by top industry chefs. Attendance is limited to 150 ACF members. The first Summit, to be held on March 10 at the Rosen School in Orlando, Florida, will cover advanced culinary techniques. In addition to the in-person events, the Culinary Leadership Bootcamp Summits will be held virtually every Monday in April. More details will be communicated to membership as they develop.
