ACF Culinary Knowledge Bowl
Showcase your students and school’s culinary program! Register and compete to become the next national champion in the ACF Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl competition! Student teams will compete at the 2025 ACF National Convention in a “Jeopardy-style” competition with questions covering topics on safety/sanitation, cooking techniques, baking/pastry, nutrition and management.
