Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl
Showcase your culinary expertise by becoming the next national champion in the Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl. The competition is open to ACF members of all levels from student to professional. All registered teams will take an online test in May through the ACF Online Learning and have the opportunity to earn their Certificate of Culinary Essentials. The top six teams from each region will compete at ACF’s National Convention in Dallas, July 19-23, 2020, in a "Jeopardy"-style competition with questions covering topics such as nutrition, baking, safety and sanitation, and the arts of classical and modern cooking.
Please note that the 2020 Knowledge Bowl competition has been canceled. We hope to focus on making 2021 an extraordinary competition and we are excited to launch the new format next year!
