Following the regular meeting, we will an education/demonstration session.

FOOD STYLING FOR CHEFS presented by Jill Keller

A Professional Food Stylist, CityTech graduate, for magazines, newspapers, online editorial and social media. Clients include Kraft foods, Under Armor, Chipotle, Prevention Magazine, Vegetarian Journal and many more. Ms. Keller will give a food stylist's perspective to what the Chef creates. Whether you want to open your own restaurant, hotel etc. quality food imagery has become increasingly important.

After March General Meeting we will head to FOB for post meeting dinner.

February Fundraising Dinner to follow general meeting. Join us and help support our competing members.

January meeting will cover the upcoming year, ChefConnect: Atlantic City, Culinary Knowledge Bowl Team, February Fundraiser and more.

After the general meeting, we will be heading to Smorgas Chef at the Scandinavian House for New Year Celebration.

December's meeting featured a presentation from Culinary World Cup 2018. Members had a chance to hear and see more about this international competition.

After the meeting we stayed and enjoyed Biergarten Hospitality!
