SECOND TUESDAY of the month. Meetings are held during the Fall, Winter and Spring months only.

Our meetings are business and educational. Chef demos, culinary competitions, outside speakers and general information effecting our culinary industry are just a few benefits of meeting attendance. We offer an up to date website with information for both Chapter and National activities including recipes, conference information and certification. We are looking for Culinary Professionals, Student both secondary and post secondary. Culinary enthusiasts are desired to compliment our professional membership. Culinary enthusiasts are people who have the love and passion for cooking and baking though may not be employed in the field. Join us at a meeting in the brand new Wolf-Sub Zero Demonstration Theater at the SUNY Suffolk Culinary Center on Main Street in Riverhead.
