Experience Culinary Excellence at the 2014 Central Regional Academy Dinner

The Central Regional Conference AAC dinner will be hosted by Kevin Storm, CEC, CCA, AAC, executive chef, Bellerive Country Club, St. Louis. This event is sold out. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list in case tickets become available, call the Academy office at (904) 484-0202.

Since 1996, Chef Storm has been the executive chef at Bellerive Country Club. Prior to that time, he held executive chef positions at Indian Hills Country Club, Mission Hills, Kan., and the University Club, St. Louis. He has a grand diploma from LaVarenne Ecole de Cuisine, Paris; Storm was a team member of the ACF National Team USA 2012 as well coach for ACF Culinary Youth Team USA in 2008.

Chef Storm received the ACF Central Regional Chef of the Year in 2010, and was inducted to American Academy of Chefs in 2009.

He is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator. Chef Storm has been an active member of Chefs de Cuisine Association of St. Louis, Inc. since 1998 where he served as president from 2007–2009, and was named Chef of the Year in 2004.
