This means a bacon with no nitrates or nitrites and made with only natural ingredients and certified gluten-free. After we naturally smoke our bacon, we use a custom dry aging process that enhances the flavor every step of the way while highlighting the subtle sweetness in the cherrywood smoke.

Jones has also added to the fully cooked bacon family. We introduce to you our Naturally Cherrywood Smoked and Cured, Jones Bac’n Bones. This item is a pork baby back rib that is smoked and cured to taste like bacon – it’s bacon on a bone! Fully cooked for convenience and applicable to all day parts. These Bac’n Bones also date back to Jones’ fourth generation president, Bud Jones who served this product at family gatherings. Today, Philip Jones, our sixth generation president has introduced them to our extended Jones family, our customers to make any gathering or meal special.
