Inspire - “to stimulate, motivate and encourage”…
The AAC DeCambra Inspire Fund is well on the way as we begin nearing our first goal of $15,000 with Inspire! It’s a book with style all its own, something for both young and old, professional and amateur, apprentice and seasoned chefs. Inspire is a collection of professional photos, footnotes, recipes and ideas provided by students, mentors, and the AAC Fellows. Inspire will challenge, stimulate, motivate and encourage all of us! Let’s all get continue to help support ACF Culinary Youth Team USA to 2016 IKA, also known as the “culinary Olympics,” in Erfurt, Germany, and beyond! The American Academy of Chefs is counting on your continued support and donation contributions!
Be sure to look and get a copy of the AAC Inspire Book at the ACF 2014 National Convention in Kansas City, Mo. 100% of the proceeds goes directly into the AAC DeCambra Inspire Fund to help support the future of ACF Culinary Youth Team USA!
