Inspire - “to stimulate, motivate and encourage”…
Inspire! It's a book with style all its own, something for both young and old, professional and amateur, apprentice and seasoned chefs. Inspire is a collection of professional photos, footnotes, recipes and ideas provided by students, mentors, and the AAC Fellows. Inspire will challenge, stimulate, motivate and encourage all of us! Let's all continue to help support ACF Culinary Youth Team USA to the 2020 IKA, also known as the "culinary Olympics," in Germany, and beyond! The American Academy of Chefs is counting on your continued support and donation contributions!
Be sure to look and get a copy of the AAC Inspire Book, 100% of the proceeds goes directly into the AAC Inspire Fund to help support the future of ACF Culinary Youth Team USA!
