A challenge was recently initiated to raise a total of $75,000 for the AAC Ray Marshall Scholarship fund. For every $15,000 raised, $5,000 will be donated by several members of our prestigious organization. First by Jim Doherty, HAAC, HHOF, HBOT, then Ferdinand Metz, CMC, WGMC, AAC, HOF, Bert Cutino, CEC, AAC, HOF, HBOT, Michael Ty, CEC, AAC, and the team of Tom Macrina, CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, HBOT, and John Minniti, CCE, AAC, HOF, HBOT. Help us achieve our goal of taking away their money to help culinary students achieve their goals.
