The American Academy of Chefs AAC Ray Marshall Scholarship Fund Donations

The American Academy of Chefs (AAC), the honor society of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), was organized in 1952 by the ACF Board of Directors. Academy Fellows demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism in the organization, society and industry.

A challenge was recently initiated to raise a total of $75,000 for the AAC Ray Marshall Scholarship fund. For every $15,000 raised, $5,000 will be donated by several members of our prestigious organization. First by Jim Doherty, HAAC, HHOF, HBOT, then Ferdinand Metz, CMC, WGMC, AAC, HOF, Bert Cutino, CEC, AAC, HOF, HBOT, Michael Ty, CEC, AAC, and the team of Tom Macrina, CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, HBOT, and John Minniti, CCE, AAC, HOF, HBOT. Help us achieve our goal of taking away their money to help culinary students achieve their goals.

The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF), ACF’s educational arm, is a nonprofit and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service with a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Donations to the ACFEF are tax deductible—please consult your tax advisor for further guidance.
