Bread Crumbs

Ingredients
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. duck fat
1 T. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place crumbs on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
2. Toast in oven until golden brown.
3. Transfer to small mixing bowl; toss with mixed minced garlic and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
